My room was upgraded upon arrival. I was happy. the renovated room featured a modern design, a welcome change. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. the location is distant from the city, a welcome change for escaping urban noise.
The hotel's distance from any nearby shops was inconvenient. A vehicle is definitely needed, though this wasn't a significant issue for me.

The hotel is a manageable one-hour drive from phuket airport. It makes arrival straightforward. the hotel's beachfront location allows easy access to the sea, though currents can be strong! the quiet setting is perfect for relaxation.

The breakfast offers diverse and tasty choices, with excellent coffee. the restaurant can get busy, especially with groups. It is advisable to plan meal times accordingly. the food was amazing, so tasty

Amazing Family Stay!

The two-storey family room was great for all of us. Beds were really comfortable. We slept well every night. The gardens are extensive, perfect for a relaxing walk, and the pool is large enough for everyone to enjoy. The kids loved it!!!

Wonderful Villa and Great Hot Springs

I stayed in a Hot Spring Pool Villa. The room offered a luxurious experience, and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well. The bathroom included its own spa bath with 40C spa water delivered directly to the room. I also made full use of the two communal hot springs and the swimming pool. The restaurant's breakfast was also very nice, and I appreciated the new local food menu.
The gym was somewhat small, and some equipment looked a little worn. This did not impact my overall stay, though.

The hotel grounds are extensive. The beach is accessible via a wooden walkway, a nice touch. There is parking available near the buildings, which adds to convenience.

The resort did not offer a welcome drink on arrival. i asked for a porter. They looked surprised by this. english communication was difficult with most staff members.

The breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices. I also enjoyed the room design that was recently renovated and clean. my reservation was upgraded, so i had a sea view! it was a nice surprise! i slept well throughout the night because the bed was comfortable.
